The atmosphere was electric, the crowd was amazing, but honestly, I couldn't hear the announcer over the sheer volume of the fans! Was that normal, or did I just pick a particularly loud game? I'd love to go back, but I'm worried I'll miss crucial moments because of the noise. Maybe earplugs are a good idea for my next visit?

the PA announcer situation there is kinda by design. Tigres fans treat the game more like a party, the drums and the chants are the actual soundtrack and the announcer just fills gaps. so yeah its normal, not a one off loud night.

one thing nobody mentioned, the cheap seats in the upper deck along left field actually let more sound escape, its noticeably less brutal up there if u still want the atmosphere without your ears ringing for two days. also they sell beer in the stands so the crowd volume kinda peaks around the 6th and stays there.

tbh the acoustics in that place are just rough. its an open concrete bowl so sound bounces everywhere and the PA system isnt exactly concert grade. i sat down the third base line once and could barely make out the announcer either, so its not just you

if you wanna actually follow the game watch the scoreboard, they post the count and player names up there. earplugs help with the drums but they wont fix hearing the announcer, thats just the stadium

nah thats just how it is there lol. the tigres games get wild, especially when theyre playing against mexico city teams. the announcer is basically background noise by the 3rd inning

if u go again try sitting further from the drum section, the hardcore fans are behind home plate and thats where the chaos is loudest. earplugs arent a bad call but honestly the vibe is half the reason to go

Forget about it. He keeps mentioning this one teacher, Señora Rodriguez, who's legendary for her pop quizzes. Seriously, he's convinced she can predict the future. So my question is: what's the craziest rumour you've heard about Señora Rodriguez and her pop quizzes at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera? Is she actually psychic...?

my tia subbed there for a semester & said the notebook thing is real but its not about predicting anything. she just recycles the same 5 questions every cycle so by week 3 everyone whos been paying attention already knows whats coming. the actual chaos is the morning shift, kids hopping the fence by the cancha to grab tortas before the 7am bell.

honestly the psychic thing is mostly just kids being dramatic. my neighbor's kid went there and swore she keeps a little notebook with every class's weak spots, like she knows exactly who didnt read the chapter. tbh thats less ESP and more her just paying attention for 20 years. also the lunch chaos is real, that whole stretch near Av. Chac Mool gets nuts around 2pm when everyone spills out.

I don't know about psychic but a friend swears she once gave a quiz on a chapter nobody had been assigned yet.
