honestly Sweet Lab is in Nakameguro so skip the station bakeries and walk to Higashiyama for Bakeshop by Shiomi, open till 7pm but closed Mondays.
Agreed on the walk, though I'd add that Bakeshop tends to sell out by late afternoon so don't count on much past 5. If you're after an evening stop, Onibus Coffee nearby keeps longer hours and has decent pastries too.
Try Patisserie Sho just south, solid till 8.
the walk from there is longer than it looks on a map so give yourself 15 min, and the little kissaten halfway does a decent cream pan till late

Crumb's shokupan is the sleeper hit, better than the croissants people queue for. Weekends after 9am the line snakes past the corner, so go on a weekday or right at opening.
Line's worse on Saturday, go Sunday instead.

good call, theyre usually down to a couple by 10:30 tbh, and the mentaiko one goes even faster
