Does anybody have experience with the Anbi dental office in Shinjuku?
i went there for a consult last year. dr tanaka was pretty straightforward, didn't try to upsell me on anything extra. the botox itself was ¥15,000 per area which is standard for shinjuku. just a heads up they're on the 5th floor of that building near the east exit, the elevator is tiny. my bruxism got better for about 3 months then came back, which is normal
been going there for about a year now for regular cleanings too, not just the botox. they're super efficient and the online booking system actually works, which is rare for japan. the masseter botox lasted closer to 5 months for me but i also got a night guard from them for ¥8,000 which helped a lot too. just fyi they only take cash or visa so bring one of those
yeah i went there last spring for the same thing. dr tanaka is good but heads up the receptionist's english is pretty basic so if your japanese isnt great maybe write down what you want beforehand. the clinic itself is tiny, like 3 chairs in the treatment room. botox worked fine for me, jaw tension dropped noticeably within a week. i will say the effect wore off faster than i expected, like 2.5 months, but that might just be me grinding harder than most
