try the selection at yodobashi camera akihabara, they have a sports floor with a few dragons caps tucked between the giants stuff. not a huge selection but i've snagged one there before
the dragons gear is definitely harder to find in tokyo than giants stuff. selection in shinjuku at that baseball shop near the east exit usually has a few nagoya teams caps mixed in, i've seen dragons hats there for like 4-5k yen. if you don't mind a trip, the baseball store in ueno's ameyoko market has a surprisingly solid selection of non-local team stuff too, just gotta dig through the racks a bit
honestly you might have better luck just ordering online if you're not heading out that way, but the kanda sports store near the station has a small corner with central league stuff sometimes, worth a look since you're nearby

the crown's fine but i usually walk down to the hub in shibuya for a proper pint, cheaper too. for cards, most places here take visa but amex gets turned down a lot, so i'd carry a visa backup.
Hub's a chain though, Popeye in Ryogoku pours better.
Popeye's craft list changes monthly, worth the trip.
Try Mugito in Ebisu if you want a quieter pint, it's a short ride from there. For cards, mine gets declined too so I just bring cash now.
cash is king there, 7-Eleven ATM takes foreign cards
Worth adding that the ATM at the Family Mart on Meiji-dori handles foreign cards later than most, up to 11pm.
Second this, cash saves the hassle.
yeah carrying yen just makes the night smoother. one thing though, some bars round here only take the old paper bills now, the new ones jam in the machines, so keep a few of those handy
Visa backup works, mine's Mastercard and it gets refused half teh time.
