Go before 7 on Fridays, the after work rush fills the outdoor seats fast and the kitchen slows down once it does.

I've only been a couple of times on visits, but their seasonal mango ale in summer is worth timing a trip around. Ask for a taste first, it's divisive.

divisive is right, half our table loved it and half wanted their pint back. it sells out by mid june usually so don't bank on finding it late in the season. a 30ml taster costs nothing if u just ask at the bar

arrow_drop_up 3 arrow_drop_down

Good call on the free taster, though they only pour it from a fresh bottle if you ask nicely. Last June the mango was gone by the 12th, so early summer visits are the safe bet.

Fresh bottle thing is news to me, I'll try that next time. They should really put a date on the board for when it runs out.

timing it around a visit is risky tbh, monsoon humidity kills the vibe on that outdoor section from late may onwards. if u do come for it, grab a seat inside near the taps, the bartender will usually pour u a bigger sample if it's quiet

Second this, the outdoor fans quit working by April.

citra dry hop version they did last july was better

The oatmeal stout is the one I keep going back to, though it's only on tap from November through February. Weekday lunch is the better deal, same beer, quieter room, and the Andheri crowd hasn't landed yet.

arrow_drop_up 1 arrow_drop_down

oatmeal stout goes flat by the third pour, ask for a fresh keg

yeah weekday lunch is the move, tho they stop pouring flights by 3 so get there before that

best recurring meetups in Mumbai for newcomers 2026

Are there regular things like board game nights or running clubs around Bandra or Lower Parel where a new person can just show up alone? Looking for something weekly, not a one time event.

The Khar Social crowd does a Sunday board game thing from 4pm, mostly regulars who'll pull u into a table. Also check the Bombay Hiking Club meetups, they post on Instagram and rotate trailheads.

For running, the Bandra chapter of Mumbai Road Runners meets Saturday mornings near Carter Road around 6am and they genuinely absorb solo newcomers. Board games at Creeda in Lower Parel draw a steady Wednesday crowd. Just show up, no RSVP needed.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

Agree on the running thing. One catch: MRR gets packed during marathon season (Jan), so show up early or u'll be trailing the pack. Also check the Andheri chapter if u live north of the highway.

arrow_drop_up 4 arrow_drop_down

Creeda moved their board game night to Thursdays last i checked, worth calling ahead before u trek there

tbh last time i passed by it was back on Tuesdays, so def call before u go. also they sometimes skip a week when there's a private booking.

Back to Wednesdays since March, i think

arrow_drop_up 3 arrow_drop_down

one thing on the running side, the group usually splits into pace groups after the warmup so u won't get dropped on day one. they also do a shorter 5k loop for beginners. tbh just introduce yourself to whoever's handing out the route plan.
