Also what should i order there and are there long waits on weekends

Weekend waits run 30 to 40 minutes after 9am, so go at 8 sharp. I'd get the akuri on toast over the pancakes, it's the one thing worth the detour. Weekdays it's mostly office crowd from the nearby towers, much calmer.

yeah 8 sharp is right but skip saturday entirely, sunday is the calmer morning there. get the akuri with extra pav on the side, the toast alone doesnt soak it up properly

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down

extra pav is the move, ask for it lightly toasted

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down
Image madleine local ·

lightly toasted is key, cold butter on top while it's hot

Fair point on skipping Saturday, the office crowd clears out by then anyway. One thing though, the kitchen gets slow past 9am so the akuri comes out a bit dry, better to land early.

sunday mornings r teh move honestly

the nearby towers crowd is mostly WFH fridays now

akuri over pancakes is the right call but get there closer to 7.45, they open the shutters early and the first batch is noticeably fresher. also carry cash, their card machine has been down since last month

Image isabelle local ·

cash tip is real, i got caught out last week. 7.45 means u beat the rush but the kitchen still warms up slow, so first plate might lag a bit.

8 works but the tables turn over slower than they look

Best dermatologist in Mumbai 2026?

anyone know a good dermatologist near Whitebox in Lower Parel? been putting off a skin thing for weeks and need to actually go. what does a consult usually cost and do they take insurance or is it all… anyone know a good dermatologist near Whitebox in Lower Parel? been putting off a skin thing for weeks and need to actually go. what does a consult usually cost and do they take insurance or is it all out of pocket

Skin & You clinic, Parel East, cash only.

Their cash-only policy caught me out last time, so carry enough or hit the ATM on Dr Ambedkar Road first.

They do UPI too, just ask at the counter.

Dr. Shweta, Kohinoor Road. Consults run 1200.

Seconding that recommendation, though be aware she books out about a week ahead so call now rather than walking in. On the money side, most derm clinics in Lower Parel are out of pocket and you claim it back from your insurer later, so ask for a proper bill with the diagnosis code.

Ask for the ICD code in writing, front desk won't volunteer it.

She's solid, but ask for the itemised bill at the desk itself since the insurance paperwork later is a headache.

1200 sounds about right for her, maybe a bit more if there's a procedure. fwiw she's at the Sensitive Touch place opposite the Atria pharmacy, second floor, no lift so factor in the stairs. Cash or UPI at the desk, card machine is hit or miss.

card machine worked fine for me on a tuesday morning

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down
Image maxie local ·

probably a network thing tbh, their machine drops off when the wifi does so carry backup upi just in case
