Honestly, Prakash Inn is more "characterful" than spotless. Think charmingly lived-in, not necessarily pristine. The location is indeed amazing, that's a definite plus. I wouldn't worry too much unless you're truly, truly a neat freak – the kind who sanitizes airplane tray tables. If you're reasonably tolerant of some minor imperfections, you'll be fine.
