the jian bing situation in berlin is pretty scattered tbh. there's a spot inside the maybach ufer market hall that does them on weekdays too, not just weekends, and they're pretty consistent. it's a small stall near the back, the lady running it has been there for years
for taiwanese with veggie options, good old days on warschauer is worth a look. they're more known for their hot pot but the veggie broth is solid and they have a few tofu dishes that aren't just an afterthought. also, if you're up for a bit of a trek, the place on kantstrasse near savignyplatz has a separate vegetarian menu page, which is rare for chinese places here
