not gonna lie, leaving a brutally honest review on google maps and immobilienscout is probably the easiest. berlin landlords hate that because it shows up when prospective tenants search the address. also check if he's part of haus & grund or any professional association, you can file a formal complaint with them too and they actually investigate their members

If he's not keeping up with his own duties like clearing snow or maintaining the courtyard, you can file a formal complaint with the Ordnungsamt. They take that stuff seriously in Berlin and it comes with a fine for him. Also, spread the word on the local Kiezladen or Facebook group for your old street, landlords hate getting called out by name in those circles.

i'd say skip the big names and look at studiowest in prenzlauer berg, they do amazing japanese style but the waitlist is like 6 months. if u want something quicker, the artists at bitterlich tattoo in mitte are super underrated, especially for fine line. and honestly, walk past the instagram hype, go to a shop in person and ask to see their portfolio book, that's where the real stuff is.
