one thing missing is the free shuttle bus between the dinosaur museum and the lantern museum on weekends during peak season. saves u the 2 yuan bus fare and runs every 20 mins from like 9am to 5pm. the bus stop is right outside the dinosaur museum exit, not the main entrance so keep an eye out
for the combo ticket, you can actually buy it at any of the two museums but the salt history museum line is usually shorter. also if you're a student make sure to bring your physical id card, the digital version on your phone didnt work for me last time

the dafosi ancient town tip is good but if u go deeper into the alleyways past the wang family teahouse, there's a tiny incense shop run by an old guy who makes his own sandalwood blends. he'll let u sit and try a few for free if u chat with him for a bit, just be ready for some broken mandarin on both sides. also for the binjiang night market, the grilled tofu skin at the third stall from the south entrance is way better than the first two, the lady there uses a darker soy sauce that's less sweet. and yeah cash is king everywhere, i got stuck trying to pay with wechat at a street vendor near caishikou and she just waved me off, had to find an atm

Been to Sister Chen's a few times and the guide's right about getting there before noon. If you're flexible on timing, go on a Tuesday or Wednesday instead of Friday, she gets a bigger batch of rabbit on those days and it lasts until 1:30 or so. For the Fuxi River Bend, I'd add that the concrete pier the other reply mentioned is actually easiest to find by looking for the big willow tree with the red ribbon tied around it, that's the landmark locals use. Bring bug spray if you're going at sunset, the mosquitoes near the water are relentless from April through October.
