oh nice list, the only thing i'd say is check out the breakfast market on a weekday if you can, weekends are a zoo and the queues at Wang's xiaolongbao get insane, like 20 minute waits easy. also for drinks, the Old Town Teahouse is fine but if you want something more chill, there's a tiny spot on a side street off Guangming called Hidden Leaf that does a killer oolong for 25 yuan and the owner lets you hang out for hours reading, no pressure to order more

I'd add that the grilled squid at Night Market Alley is best from stall No. 15, the one run by the old couple with the handwritten sign, they use a thicker sauce and char it properly instead of just warming it up like some others. For the hot pot, if you're going with a group, the spicy broth at Old Shengli Kitchen is the move but ask for the bone broth base instead of the standard one, it's 10 yuan more but way richer and they don't always mention the option. And the university area late night tip is solid, there's a guy who sets up a cart around 10 PM at the south gate of Shengli University doing fried rice with whatever you want for 15 yuan, he's been there for years.

for the tech hub day, instead of the museum cafeteria try the noodle stall just outside innovation station exit b, it's called lao zhang mian and their dan dan mian is only 18 yuan, way better value tbh
also if you're up for it on day 3, there's a hidden waterfall trail on the east side of green peak that most tourists miss. ask at the park entrance for "xiao long tan" path, it's about 30 mins extra but worth it for the swim spot at the end. locals use it to cool off after the main hike
