honestly the buses are fine for getting between the main areas but they run like every 20-30 mins so you gotta plan ahead. taxis are cheap tho, like 7-8 kuai for most trips around town, and drivers know the shortcuts on Jianshe Road when traffic gets bad. if you're going out to the cement factory or the old mining areas just grab a taxi, the bus routes out there are kind of a mess and you'll waste time waiting

yeah the buses are okay if you're not in a rush but half the time they just don't show up. just use Di Di or grab a taxi, they're both cheap enough and way less hassle

Taxis are pretty easy to flag down near the train station or the main shopping strip, but if you're staying outside the center you might wait a bit. Didi works fine too, usually cheaper than hailing one on the street.
