solid itinerary, i did something similar last fall but swapped day 2 around. if you're into quieter spots, skip the museum and head to the old fishing village on the east side of juhua island instead, it's a 15 minute walk from the lighthouse and the dried squid they sell there is way better and cheaper than anything at the night market
one thing the guide doesn't mention is that the bus from the pier to city center can be a bit unreliable in the afternoon, sometimes it's 40 minutes sometimes it's an hour. i'd just grab a taxi for like 15 yuan to save the headache
the coastal scenic area on day 3 is underrated, especially if you go early around 7am when the light hits the cliffs. there's a small temple tucked behind bijiashan rock that most people miss, no fee and the monk there sometimes offers tea if you're respectful
honestly this is a solid itinerary, i've done almost the exact same route. one thing i'd add is that the ferry to juhua island can get pretty packed on weekends so aim for the 8am departure if you can, otherwise you might end up waiting an extra hour
also the seafood place you mentioned is great but if you want something a bit cheaper try the little spot on haibin road called lao wang's, it's about 100 yuan for two and the garlic crab is just as good. just a heads up they close earlier around 8:30
for the night market i'd skip the tanghulu unless you have a sweet tooth, it's basically just sugar on fruit. the grilled squid is where it's at though, get the spicy one

One thing I'd flag is that the Confucian Temple inside Xingcheng Ancient City has a small garden in the back with a 400-year-old ginkgo tree that turns bright yellow in late October. Most people walk right past the entrance because it's tucked behind the main hall.
For the seafood dinner, Haibin Seafood is fine but they tend to overcook the fish. I've had better luck at the place two doors down called Shunfeng, where they let you pick your crab from the tank and steam it to order. Same price range, maybe 160 for two.
On Juhua Island, the trails on the east side are steeper than they look and the path to the lighthouse is unpaved after the first kilometer. Wear proper shoes, not sandals. I saw someone twist an ankle there last summer and the ferry doesn't come back for another two hours.
