good stuff, this guide hits the main ones. if you're into something a bit more divey, theres a spot on 34 Xinmin Street called Xiao Dong Bei that does this insane braised beef tendon for 48 RMB. no english menu, just point at what the table next to you has. the tendons get this gelatinous melt-in-your-mouth texture after simmering for hours, goes perfect with a bottle of the cheap Harbin beer they keep in the ice bucket.
one thing nobody mentions is the tofu pudding vendors that roll carts around the residential blocks near the university campus on Wenhua Road. around 7am they start showing up, 5 RMB a bowl with soy sauce, chili oil, and pickled radish. the lady with the blue cart by the east gate has been doing it for like 15 years, her chili oil is way more aromatic than the others.

fair play to whoever put this together, its got most of the bases covered. one thing i'd throw in is the cold noodles at Samsun on 56 Xi'an Road, right near the cake shop actually. proper Korean-style naengmyeon, the broth is icy and tangy, 25 RMB a bowl and it hits different in summer after walking around all day.
the Tongzhi Street bar area is fun but gets rowdy after 10, if you want a more chill beer spot try the little taproom on 33 Qingdao Road, its called something like Hei Long Jiang Brewing or close to that. they do a decent dark ale for 30 RMB a pint and the crowd is mostly locals watching football, no loud music
also the Eurasia food court tip is solid but the queue at peak lunch is like 15 mins, better to go at 2pm when its quieter. the Lanzhou noodles there are good but the stall two rows over does a braised pork rice bowl for 22 RMB that i actually prefer

This is a solid itinerary, you've really covered the main spots well. I'd just add that if you're at Jingyuetan on a clear morning, renting a bike is definitely the way to go. The lake loop is about 15 kilometers and you can stop at the little pavilions along the northeast side for photos without the crowd.
For Day 2, the sculpture park is worth the extra time if you like walking outdoors. I usually spend close to two hours there because the pieces are spread out and there's a nice coffee shop near the south gate that does a decent iced latte for around 25 CNY.
One small thing about the Guilin Road area on Day 2 evening. Meixin is good but the queue can be long around 7 PM. If you see a line out the door, the Korean fried chicken place two doors down at No. 132 is a solid backup and usually has seating right away. Their spicy rice cakes are also excellent.
i think you've got a great itinerary here, the film studio museum is a real highlight. one thing i'd add is the little park right behind the puppet emperor's palace, it's called xinyang park and it's a short walk east, free and quiet with a small pond where locals fish. good spot to decompress before the next stop
for the airport, if you're not in a rush, the airport bus from renmin square is only 25 yuan and runs every half hour, takes about 50 minutes. way cheaper than a taxi and drops you right at departures
Good itinerary, you've done your homework. One thing I'd add is that the Changchun Film Studio Museum is actually part of a larger complex with the old studio backlot, and if you wander past the main exhibits toward the back you can see the original outdoor sets from old Chinese movies. They look a bit weathered but it's a neat glimpse behind the scenes that most people rush past.
For the South Lake paddleboats, the pedal ones are 30 CNY but the electric boats are 60 and honestly worth the extra if it's a hot day. There's also a small teahouse on the island in the middle of the lake that does a decent jasmine tea for 15 CNY, nice spot to rest for a bit.
The sculpture park on Day 2 is huge, don't try to see every single piece. The section near the main entrance with the modern abstract stuff is the most interesting, the rest is mostly generic statues. The coffee shop near the south gate is a good break point, they also have free wifi if you need to check maps.
