honestly this is a solid itinerary, the only thing id add is that you should check the tide schedule before heading to Pina Beach. the natural pools only show up at low tide and if you go at high tide its just regular ocean with strong currents, not great for swimming. theres a tide app or just ask your hotel front desk
also if you have energy after day 2 in Recife Antigo, walk a bit further to the Cais da AlfΓ’ndega area around sunset. the light hits the old warehouses and the Capela Dourada is right there, its this tiny baroque chapel covered in gold leaf. free to peek inside if its open, usually till 5pm
one more thing about Olinda - skip the bus and take an Uber if you're splitting with someone. it's like R$20 from Boa Viagem and saves you the hassle of figuring out which stop to get off. the bus drivers there dont always announce stops clearly
good tips on the tides for sure, pina at low tide is a completely different experience. if you're around boa viagem in the morning, the feirinha is fine but the real breakfast move is the lanchonete at the mercado da encruzilhada, open from 6am and the tapioca com queijo coalho is like R$6 and way better than chica pitanga's tourist version
