Best Food in Cape Town (2026)

Good writeup, covers a lot of ground. One thing I'd add is the Friday lunch at Mariam's Kitchen in Wetton, their prawn curry and roti is around R90 and the queue moves fast. Also the Labia area has a...

Gasthof Zur Linde hours 2026: how late is dinner served?

I'm planning a trip and Gasthof Zur Linde keeps coming up, but I can't tell from the website how late the kitchen actually stays open. Do places like this in the area serve past 9pm on weekdays in 202...

Sivalai Secret?

Stayed at Sivalai Place last week, amazing views! But I noticed a small, almost hidden, staircase leading down near the pool area. Anyone know what's down there? Is it just storage, or is there some c...

Best Food in Pontianak: A 2026 Guide

One thing the guide doesn't mention is that many of the best bubur pedas spots actually move around. Hj. Salmah is solid, but there's a woman who sets up near the Sungai Raya Dalam market on weekday m...

3 Days in Quebec City: Itinerary 2026

The itinerary looks solid, and I'd echo the fall recommendation hard. I've done the city in October a few times, and the foliage along the Plains of Abraham is unreal, especially around the Musée nati...

photo spots in Hannover for my trip?

If you're up for a bit of a climb, the view from the Lindener Berg is hard to beat, especially on a clear morning when the fog sits low over the city. It's not a famous lookout, more of a local joggin...
