**🍽️ Seafood at Seaside Dampa** Seaside Dampa along Macapagal Boulevard is Pasay's most famous seafood market, where you pick fresh catch from stalls and have it cooked at adjacent restaurants. Expect to pay around PHP 500 to 1,500 per kilo for shrimp, crab, and fish, plus a cooking fee of PHP 150 to 300 per dish. The market opens daily from 10:00 to 22:00, and it's busiest on weekends, so arrive early for the best selection. **🍜 Comfort Food at Cartimar** Cartimar in Pasay is a local favorite for affordable Chinese-Filipino comfort food, with stalls serving noodle soups, siopao, and fried rice for under PHP 150. Try the beef mami at Ling Nam or the fresh lumpia at nearby stalls, both located along Cartimar Avenue. The area is open from 8:00 to 20:00, and it's easily accessible by jeepney from Libertad Street. **🍢 Street Food Near Baclaran** The streets around Baclaran Church come alive in the evening with vendors selling fish balls, kikiam, and isaw for PHP 10 to 30 per stick. For a sit-down meal, head to Baclaran Market for grilled seafood and local favorites like adobo and sinigang at carinderias priced around PHP 100 to 200 per dish. Vendors typically set up from 17:00 to 23:00, and the area is a short walk from Baclaran LRT Station. **🍖 Filipino Grills in Malibay** Malibay is home to several unassuming grill houses that serve classic Filipino dishes like pork barbecue, chicken inasal, and lechon kawali. Try Aling Nena's Eatery on Malibay Street for a hearty meal at PHP 120 to 250, or visit the weekend night market for grilled skewers at PHP 20 to 50 each. Most grills operate from 16:00 to 23:00, and the area is best reached by tricycle from EDSA. **🍰 Sweet Treats in Pasay** For dessert, drop by the Pasay branch of Conti's Bakeshop and Restaurant on Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue for their famous mango bravo cake at around PHP 200 per slice. Another local gem is the halo-halo at Razon's of Guagua, also on Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, priced at PHP 150 to 180. Both shops are open daily from 10:00 to 21:00. **☕ Cafes for Remote Work** If you need a spot to work, try the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Blue Bay Walk on Macapagal Boulevard, which offers reliable Wi-Fi and power outlets with drinks starting at PHP 150. For a local option, the Bo's Coffee at MOA Complex has a quieter atmosphere and stays open until 23:00. Both are within walking distance of major hotels and transport hubs. **🛍️ Food Halls at MOA** SM Mall of Asia (MOA) houses numerous food options, from fast-food chains to sit-down restaurants, making it a convenient choice for groups. The Food Hall on the second floor offers a variety of cuisines with meals ranging from PHP 200 to 500, and it's open from 10:00 to 22:00. Don't miss the local favorites like Jollibee and Mang Inasal for a quick, budget-friendly bite. **🚌 Getting Around for Food** Pasay is well-connected by LRT-1, with stations like Baclaran, EDSA, and Libertad providing easy access to food districts. Jeepneys and tricycles are plentiful for short trips, with fares starting at PHP 12 for jeepneys and PHP 50 for tricycles. For late-night eats, ride-hailing apps like Grab are reliable and cost around PHP 100 to 200 for most trips within the city.
