**🏰 Start at the Castle** Prague Castle is the city's crown jewel and a must-see. Arrive early (by 8:30 AM) to avoid crowds at the main entrance near Hradcanske namesti. The complex includes St. Vitus Cathedral, Golden Lane, and the Old Royal Palace; a combined ticket costs 250 CZK for adults. **🌉 Walk Across Charles Bridge** Charles Bridge connects the Old Town with Mala Strana and is lined with 30 Baroque statues. For the best experience, go at sunrise (around 6:30 AM) when the light is golden and the crowds are thin. The bridge is free to walk, but watch for pickpockets in peak hours. **⏰ Catch the Astronomical Clock** The medieval Orloj on Old Town Square puts on a show every hour from 9 AM to 11 PM. Arrive 10 minutes early to get a good spot; the square can get packed. After the show, climb the Old Town Hall Tower (250 CZK) for panoramic views of the city. **🍺 Visit a Traditional Pub** For an authentic Czech beer experience, head to U Fleku (Kremencova 11), a brewery-pub that has been operating since 1499. A half-liter of dark lager costs around 65 CZK, and the atmosphere is lively with live accordion music. Expect cash-only payments. **🏘️ Explore Vinohrady** Vinohrady is a leafy residential district with beautiful Art Nouveau buildings and a relaxed vibe. Walk along Korunni Street for cafes and boutiques, or relax in Riegrovy Sady park, which offers great views of the castle. The area is easily reached by tram 11 or metro A to Namesti Miru. **🎭 See a Show at the Estates Theatre** The Estates Theatre (Ovocny trh 1) is a stunning Neoclassical venue where Mozart premiered Don Giovanni. Tickets for opera or ballet start at 300 CZK for standing room, and the interior is worth a visit even without a show. Book online in advance for the best seats. **🚋 Ride Tram 22** Tram 22 is a scenic route that passes many major sights, including the National Museum, Prague Castle, and the Strahov Monastery. A 90-minute ticket costs 30 CZK and can be bought at machines or via the PID Lítačka app. Sit on the right side for the best views. **🍰 Try Trdelník the Right Way** Trdelník (chimney cake) is a popular street snack, but locals rarely eat the overpriced versions in tourist areas. For a better experience, visit a bakery like Trdlo (Karlova 10) where they make it fresh, and skip the whipped cream and ice cream fillings. A plain one costs around 90 CZK.
