**🏖️ Beach Hopping Essentials** Anda's coastline is dotted with pristine beaches, but the most famous is Anda Beach itself, a long stretch of powdery white sand perfect for swimming and sunbathing. For a quieter experience, head to Quinale Beach, about 10 minutes away by tricycle, where you can rent a cottage for around 300 pesos per day. Another must-visit is Cadapdapan Rice Terraces, not a beach but a stunning green landscape that offers a refreshing change of scenery. **🤿 Diving and Snorkeling Spots** Anda is a gateway to some of Bohol's best dive sites, including the famous Anda Wall, which drops to over 40 meters and teems with marine life. For snorkelers, the house reef at Cabagnow Cave Pool is a great spot, but beware of strong currents during high tide. Local dive shops like Anda Scuba offer introductory dives for around 2,500 pesos, including equipment and a guide. **🌊 Cave Pools and Springs** The Cabagnow Cave Pool is a natural sinkhole with crystal-clear water, ideal for a refreshing dip; entrance is 50 pesos and it's open from 6 AM to 6 PM. Another hidden gem is the Combento Cave Pool, smaller and less crowded, located near the town center. For a unique experience, visit the Lamanoc Island cave, which requires a short boat ride and a guide, but rewards you with ancient burial sites and stunning rock formations. **🍽️ Where to Eat Like a Local** For authentic Boholano cuisine, head to Anda's public market, where you can try grilled fish and kinilaw for less than 100 pesos. The Floating Restaurant near the mangrove area offers a set menu of seafood for around 350 pesos per person, including a boat ride through the mangroves. If you're craving something familiar, Cafe Lawis serves good coffee and pastries, and it's a popular spot for breakfast. **🚌 Getting Around Anda** The main mode of transport in Anda is the tricycle, with fares starting at 20 pesos for short trips within town. To explore nearby attractions, you can rent a scooter for about 500 pesos per day, but be sure to have a valid license. Buses from Tagbilaran to Anda run every hour from 6 AM to 5 PM, and the journey takes about two hours. **🌅 Sunset and Nightlife** Anda's sunsets are best viewed from the pier area, where locals gather to watch the sky turn orange and pink. For a relaxed evening, grab a drink at one of the beachfront bars like Anda Beach Resort, which often has live acoustic music on weekends. Nightlife is low-key, so expect quiet evenings and early nights, perfect for stargazing. **🏞️ Eco-Tourism Adventures** The Anda Mangrove Forest is a protected area where you can kayak through the mangroves for about 200 pesos per hour. Birdwatchers should visit the Anda Bird Sanctuary, home to migratory birds from October to March. For a cultural experience, the Anda Heritage House offers a glimpse into the town's history with a small entrance fee of 30 pesos. **🛍️ Shopping and Souvenirs** Anda's public market is the best place to buy local crafts like woven bags and shell jewelry, with prices starting at 50 pesos. For food souvenirs, pick up dried fish or calamay, a sticky rice delicacy, from vendors near the church. Remember to bring cash, as most shops do not accept credit cards.
