Weekend mornings, go before 9.

yeah that tracks, i went around 8:30 on a saturday once and it was still chill, but by 10 it was packed. the earlier the better honestly.

Makes sense, 9:30 was already a wait

tbh i only stopped by once on a trip, but the vibe felt more sit-and-chat than laptop-friendly, and prices were pretty standard for a cafe in that area.

prob more of a quick stop then

Quan com Nga on Hoang Sa is more of a quick lunch spot than a sit down meal honestly. Com tam plates around there run 40k to 60k dong depending on toppings. For a proper sit down, the spots on Vo Van Tan are worth the walk.
