Heading to Mission Viejo next month, where should I eat?

I'm gonna be in Mission Viejo for a week starting mid next month and I'm all about trying local spots. Any must-try restaurants or hidden gems I shouldn't miss? I'd check out A's Burgers on Los Alisos if you want a classic old-school burger joint that's been around forever. Their pastrami burger is the move and it's way less crowded than the chain spots nearby.

oh man, you gotta hit up Molca Salsa on Marguerite for some killer Peruvian food. their lomo saltado is legit and the green sauce is addicting, super casual spot too

If you want something that feels like a Mission Viejo staple, hit up The Hat on Marguerite. Their pastrami dip is the kind of messy, overstuffed sandwich you'll think about for days. For a quieter dinner, try Olive Terrace Bar & Grill on Alicia, the patio is nice and their short rib quesadilla is a solid choice that doesn't get enough attention.
