Wilshire works but the stretch of Brighton Way between Canon and Beverly is quieter and better lit if you're walking back late.
Dayton Way is the better parallel anyway, wider sidewalks and the 10pm foot traffic from Via Alloro keeps it feeling alive.

Agreed on the tiering, though the Rose Bowl is its own case since most of the concessions there are run by outside vendors. I paid $16 for a Modelo at the LAFC game and $19 at Levi's last season, so the gap is real.
