Brew Lab coffee prices in Los Angeles 2026

$7.50 tracks for a single origin on Fairfax, that strip runs pricey. If you're near the Arts District location instead, the same pour over tends to land closer to $6.50, worth the detour if you're buying regularly.

The Arts District spot sits on a quieter block off Traction, so you're paying less rent and less hype for the same beans.

arrow_drop_up 5 arrow_drop_down

Rent's only half of it. That block gets way less foot traffic, so they're not turning tables every ten minutes and can afford to sit on a slower pour. Stumptown's old spot nearby probably set the rent benchmark too.

La Brea side is a couple bucks cheaper.

Parking over there eats the savings unless you're already nearby. I just pay the Fairfax rate and move on.

$7.50 is about right for a single origin pour over there now, the house drip is closer to $4.50 if you just want caffeine. I usually skip the pour over and get a cortado for $5, better value for what you actually taste.

arrow_drop_up 2 arrow_drop_down

Cortado's the move, drip's fine too.

Ethiopia Guji single origin, around $8 now.

yeah the cortado is def the smarter buy there. fwiw the cash discount is gone now so card price is what u see on the board. drip went up a bit too, closer to 5 i think.

oat flat white runs about $5.25 now, still the better call

Looking for recurring disco or soul nights in LA where the same crowd shows up every month, so you can become a regular instead of a one-time face. Any weekly or monthly parties worth committing to?

third fridays at resident pull a slightly older crowd than the 2000 nights, more people actually stick around after the set

I've found the sound is better upstairs and the crowd thins out around 1, so go early if you want to actually talk to people.

honestly the move is picking one monthly and just going every time, that's how u become a regular. check out the soul thing at Grand Star in Chinatown, crowd there is pretty tight.

The second Saturday soul night at Gold Diggers in East Hollywood pulls the same heads every month, solid for becoming a regular.
