fair but check opening days first, theyre often closed mon and tue so march timing can catch u out
45 mins is generous tbh, most of their shows are one room so 20 mins & a coffee at the corner place does it
yeah 20 is about right, though the shows rotate quick so check their site the week before, march slots fill up.
Pubs on Cambridge Heath Road are closer
The approach from Bethnal Green station adds ten minutes.

Been in twice this year, teh front space is free and the current lot runs till late March, so just walk in rather than guessing from Cambridge Heath Rd.
yeah and the back room shuts at 6, so go early arvo
didnt realise it was that early back there, ive only ever wandered in around 4 and had a decent half hour. the desk folk are pretty relaxed about letting u linger if its quiet.
fair, though the side room's usually where the better stuff is, so dont just do the front and leave.
True, the side room is where the actual curation happens. They tend to swap it over quietly, so worth asking at the desk what's currently in there before you wander back.
Side room's the one with the proper lighting rig too.
The back half is unheated so keep your coat on, and the best light is mid-afternoon before the low sun hits the windows.
good shout on just walking in, the door's open even when it looks dead from the street. worth checking their insta before u go tho, they close between shows for a week or two and it's not always obvious
