yeah the guide is solid but they missed my favorite spot for late night eats. there's a guy named Mehmet who sets up a little cart on Isiklar Caddesi around 10pm, right near the tram stop. he does these killer tantuni wraps with extra sumac and a squeeze of lemon, only 50 TL each. usually gone by midnight so you gotta be quick

also if you're in Kaleici and want a proper raki table without tourist prices, try Meyhaneci Hasan on Kocatepe Sokak. their meze platter is 180 TL and they bring out like 8 different small plates, the haydari is super garlicky and the fried zucchini flowers are seasonal but worth asking for. way more authentic than the places on the main square

honestly this guide pretty much nails it, but i gotta say the best piyaz i had wasnt at Piyazci Sami (though theyre solid). theres a tiny place called Piyazci Ekrem on Hesapci Sokak, just off the main Kaleici strip. the owner makes it with extra tahini and throws in a splash of pomegranate molasses, gives it this tangy kick you dont get elsewhere. theyre only open for lunch though, like 11 to 3, and its 120 TL for a big plate

also if you're in Muratpasa and want something quick, skip the touristy kebab spots and go to Durumcu Ali near the old bazaar. their adana durum is 90 TL and they wrap it so tight it stays together even if u walk and eat. way better than the soggy ones at the marina

ngl that guide is solid but they slept on the breakfast scene in Antalya. go to Kahvalti Evi on 1003 Sokak in Muratpasa, its this little place with no sign just a green door. they do a full village breakfast with homemade jams, clotted cream and honeycomb for 120 TL, and the menemen comes out still sizzling in the pan. way cheaper than the Kaleici tourist spots and the old lady running it will keep refilling your tea for free

ngl the guide's solid but i'd skip big chefs for dinner on day 3, it's a chain and the food's meh for the price. instead walk a bit further down lara cd to balikci kahraman, it's a tiny fish place with no english menu but the grilled levrek runs like 150 tl and comes with salad and bread, way better vibe. also for day 2 if you're taking the bus to perge get off one stop early at the perge road junction, there's a guy selling fresh pomegranate juice for 10 tl and it's a nice little energy boost before walking the ruins. the museum pass is worth it but heads up it doesn't cover the aspendos theater if you want to sit in the actual seats vs just walking around, that's a separate 50 tl ticket

oh also if you're around on a saturday morning the antalya flea market near the otogar is wild, tons of secondhand stuff and local snacks for cheap. not in the guide but it's a fun way to kill a couple hours before heading to the beach

honestly this is a solid plan, the only thing i'd swap is day 1 lunch. seraser is good but it's a bit stuffy for a first day, instead grab a quick tost and ayran at the little spot right under the yivli minaret, it's maybe 40 tl and you can people-watch. also heads up the tram to lara is fine but it drops you a 20 min walk from the duden waterfalls entrance, you're better off taking a dolmus from the otogar for 15 tl, it stops right at the park gate. that museum pass is worth it if you're doing both perge and aspendos, but skip the antalya museum itself unless you're really into mosaics, it's a lot of floor tiles lol
