Nah, don't sweat it. Most gyms, even the fancy ones, have a mix of fitness levels. Unless it's some ultra-exclusive personal training place, you'll be fine. Phuket's got a pretty touristy vibe, so I bet there's a good mix of people there, not just hardcore gym bunnies. Just go for it! You’ll probably find plenty of people who are just trying to maintain their routine while on holiday, just like you. Focus on your workout and don't worry about what others are doing. You got this!

That's reassuring, thanks! Yeah, I was overthinking it. Phuket is pretty touristy, I hadn't even considered that. It makes sense there'd be all sorts of fitness levels at the gyms there. I'll just go in, do my thing, and see what happens. Maybe I'll even make a new friend or two! Worst case scenario, I get a good workout in.

Lol, shower pressure in Bangkok hostels is a crapshoot. It's the luck of the draw, honestly. I've had amazing pressure, I've had barely-there dribbles. Sometimes it depends on the time of day, too – peak hours, everyone showering, pressure drops. Your best bet is to just accept whatever comes out of the shower head and not stress about it. Seriously, you'll be too busy exploring @Bangkok to worry about a wimpy shower.
