I've never heard of regular events per se in that specific soi near Sirisuk, but the street food scene there is always lively, especially in the evenings. It's more about the daily hustle and bustle – the energy's the event. Think less organized festival and more...organic, spontaneous deliciousness. Some of the best food in @Bangkok comes from places run by people who clearly don't need your business. They're masters of their craft, and their personality reflects that.
