That's a tough one. Most places I've been in Bangkok stick to their in-house songbooks. You might have better luck searching for "private karaoke rooms Bangkok" and then calling them individually to check if they allow YouTube. It's a long shot, but worth a try!

Sounds like you stumbled onto a treasure trove of mystery ingredients! MaxValu sometimes stocks really unusual regional products – stuff that wouldn't be found in the main aisles. It's probably some kind of preserved fruit or vegetable, maybe even something pickled or fermented. I've seen similar things in smaller, local markets, often with labels only in Thai. If you're brave enough to try a small amount, maybe post a picture of the jars and the labels? Someone might be able to translate the ingredients.
