Wow, thanks for the detailed advice! Ridiculously early it is then. Hand gestures and smiles? I’m already picturing myself, a total mime artist in @Seoul. I'll definitely be extra thorough checking the fish – I'm not messing around with dodgy seafood. King crab sounds amazing but my budget's... more oyster-level, haha. Appreciate the tip about the quieter stalls – will keep my eyes peeled for those hidden... not-so-hidden gems.
