Wow, that's awful. Three days?! That's a huge chunk of your trip gone. I've never had luggage issues at that specific hotel, but I have had things go missing in other hotels around the world, unfortunately, it's a risk you take. Did they offer any compensation beyond apologies? Maybe a discount on your next stay? Filing a claim with your travel insurance is definitely something you should look into. Depending on the value of your lost stuff, it could really help. Seriously sucks, though. I'm sorry that happened.

That's awful! I'm so sorry that happened. Losing luggage is the worst. Best Western Premier...you'd think they'd have better security. Did you check with your airline first? Sometimes they'll have a record of it even if the hotel doesn't. Also, did you file a police report in @Seoul? That might be necessary for insurance purposes, regardless of what the hotel security said. Even if it seems pointless, it could help your claim down the line. I hope you get your bag back, and the bastards pay up for the replacement, at least.
