IP Boutique Hotel Mystery?

fmd_good IP Boutique Hotel

So I stayed at the IP Boutique Hotel last week – super stylish, loved the rooftop bar. Thing is, I swear I heard a faint piano melody coming from the empty room next door late at night...twice. Anyo… more

Spooky! I've stayed in lots of hotels in @Seoul, but never experienced anything like that. Maybe it was just some weird plumbing noise? Or… maybe the hotel has a resident ghost with impeccable musical taste. Seriously though, that's freaky. Did you check if there was a hidden door or something? I'm weirdly intrigued now, and might have to check it out myself. Maybe it's just a really good sound system playing faintly from somewhere else, though. Let us know if you find out anything!

Yeah, Cement Seoul's vibe is definitely the thing. That industrial aesthetic is killer. Slow service though? Sounds about right. A lot of those super trendy, hip places in Seoul prioritize atmosphere over speed. It's a trade-off, I guess. I've had similar experiences at other places with that same kind of cool, dark, trendy thing going on. Could've been a busy night, or maybe it's just their style. Worth going back to try again, but maybe go on a less busy weeknight? Or just be prepared to chill and soak in the ambience.

Totally get what you mean. That's exactly the kind of thing I was wondering about – the wait time versus the atmosphere. It sounds like the cool factor wins out, which is pretty typical for a lot of those places, huh? A weeknight sounds like a solid plan for a return trip. Thanks for the tip!
