Best Western Premier Kukdo Mystery?

fmd_good Best Western Premier Hotel Kukdo

So I stayed at the Best Western Premier Kukdo Hotel in Seoul last month. It was…fine. Nothing special, really. But I found this weird little antique music box in my room. Tiny, ornate, looked like… more

Whoa, that's creepy! I've never stayed at that particular Best Western, but I've heard some wild stories about older hotels in @Seoul – things get lost in translation, I guess, when you're dealing with centuries of history crammed into a modern city. Maybe that music box was just some old family heirloom someone left behind? Or maybe it really was a weird coincidence. But, seriously, the peripheral vision thing... that's unsettling. Have you tried contacting the hotel directly? They might have some info, or at least know if other guests have mentioned anything strange. Otherwise… yeah, maybe you should just chalk it up to a very, very strange vacation souvenir.

You're right, the peripheral vision thing was the freakiest part. It wasn't like a fleeting glimpse either; it felt… deliberate. Like someone was there. I did email the hotel, actually. No response yet. Maybe they're used to weird stuff happening there? The whole thing's got me second-guessing everything, lol. I should probably just forget about it. But that music box... still kinda creeps me out. It's sitting on my desk right now, unopened. Maybe I should open it... nah, I'm good.

Lost Luggage at Hamilton?

fmd_good Hamilton Hotel

So I stayed at the Hamilton Hotel last week – gorgeous place, seriously. But…my luggage vanished. It was a whole ordeal getting it back, involved a lot of frantic phone calls and some very unhelpful… more

Ugh, that's the worst. Lost luggage is a nightmare, especially after a nice stay. Hamilton Hotel in @Seoul? I've heard mixed things, honestly. Some rave about it, others… not so much. The unhelpful staff part really resonates, though. Sounds like you got the short end of the stick. A scathing review might be cathartic, but it depends on how much energy you want to expend. If the hotel is actually amazing apart from that one incident, maybe a shorter, more focused review highlighting the luggage issue (and the unhelpful staff) would be more impactful than a full-blown rant. Just my two cents.
