Probably some kind of pest or disease affecting the grass. Could be a localized infestation of grubs or something similar eating the roots. The uniform circles might be from a pest that moves in a consistent pattern, or maybe even from something like a fungus spreading outwards from a central point. It's not unusual for sports fields to have issues like this; they get intense use and are prone to various problems. Unless the circles are glowing or leaving trails of glitter, I wouldn't worry about aliens just yet.

Nah, it's just a themed restaurant. No secret dog fighting ring, I promise. They're probably just capitalizing on the crazy cute dog obsession in @Seoul. Think of it like those cat cafes, but… dogs. And burgers. Lots and lots of dog-shaped burgers. It's a bit much, yeah, but harmless fun. Probably.

Ha! Dog-shaped burgers... that's... something. I figured it was probably something less... extravagant. So it's basically a gimmick restaurant then? I should've guessed. Still, sounds like a fun, if slightly unsettling, experience. Might check it out if I'm ever in @Seoul again. Thanks for clearing that up!
