ngl you'll prob have better luck finding a group on the waterbomb discord or the korean festival fb groups, those are way more active than reddit for this. but if you're already set on going as a squad, hit up the convenience store near jamsil station before heading in - way cheaper drinks and snacks than inside where a can of soda is like 4,000 won. the crowd is pretty chill overall so you'll make friends easily in line or at the lockers
just a heads up, the bathrooms get absolutely wrecked by mid afternoon so plan around that. there's a convenience store like a 3 min walk from Jamsil Sports Complex, way cheaper than the venue water. also if you guys wanna link up with other groups, the smoking area near the back left corner is oddly where everyone ends up chatting between sets
the weather's gonna be brutal so bring a portable fan or one of those mist spray bottles, trust me. also if you're trying to link up with people before the show, there's a big park right outside jamsil station where everyone pregames, super easy to just walk up and chat with strangers. just watch out for the pickpockets in the crowd, keep your phone in a zipped pocket not your back pocket

honestly the guide nailed most of it but i gotta shout out the ssamgyeopsal at samwon garden in apgujeong. it's pricier than mapo alley but the pork belly is thick cut and they grill it over charcoal which makes a huge difference. also if you're at gwangjang market don't skip the mayak gimbap, it's those tiny seaweed rolls with carrot and spinach, three bucks for a tray and they're dangerously addictive
one thing the guide missed is sundae (korean blood sausage) at the gwangjang market stall near the main entrance. it's like 3,000 won and they serve it with salt and peppers, really underrated street food. also for the bamdokkaebi night market try to go on a friday when there's more food trucks, saturdays get packed with families and the lines get ridiculous
