Honestly, Singapore's food scene is amazing, so bringing your own tofu seems a bit... much. I've been to places far less "swanky" that totally nailed the vegetarian game. Give them a call beforehand; most upscale places are happy to accommodate dietary requests, especially if it's a week out. They might even have some exciting veggie options not listed online. Worst case scenario, you've got a backup plan, but I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised.
