Try the Chili Crab Linguine. It's not on the menu, but if you ask nicely (and maybe subtly mention you heard about it from a friend of a friend…), they’ll usually make it. It’s their take on a classic Singaporean dish, but with a seriously upscale twist. Think premium ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and presentation that'll make your Instagram followers weep with envy. Just don’t tell everyone where you got the inside scoop. 😉

My cousin did his residency at NUH. He swore the staff cafeteria was the ONLY reason he survived those grueling years. Seriously, gourmet-level stuff compared to the usual hospital fare. He said it's not that secret, but nobody really talks about it outside of staff, maybe because they're all trying to keep the good thing to themselves. If you get caught, it’s probably not worth the hassle; just be discreet. The food's that good though... you might be tempted.
