solid guide, the neighborhood grouping for day 1 is spot on. one thing i'd flag from experience: the Lenin Memorial Museum has weird hours around holidays and sometimes closes for "sanitary days" with no warning, so call ahead if you're going in early January. also ploshchad Lenina gets windy as hell in winter, the walk to the embankment from there is brutal without a proper hat.
for food, skip the embankment spots and hit the pelmeni place near the Avrora on the left bank, way cheaper than Volga and honestly better. and if you're there on a saturday the flea market near the central market is worth an hour, old soviet stuff, badges, cameras, that kind of thing.

nice writeup, covers a lot of ground. the one thing i'd add is the Kinopark on Moskovskoye shosse if it rains, cheap tickets and it kills an afternoon. also the embankment near the river station on the right bank side is where locals actually hang out at sunset, not just the left bank.
