solid list, but you missed the lala tulip park in the south of the city. it's a bit of a walk from the center but completely worth it in late april when the tulips bloom. entrance is free and the whole park smells like a flower shop, plus there's a small cafe selling chak-chak for like 200 rubles if you want a sugar hit afterward
nice write up, covers all the main spots. one thing i'd add is the monument to friendship between nations on pervomayskaya, it's this massive stele with sculptures and a nice park around it. the view from the top of the hill there is prob better than the river bridge honestly, you can see the whole city spread out and the belaya river snaking through. also if you're into food, skip the main chain places and try ufa dumplings on mendeleeva street, their manti with lamb and pumpkin are like 350 rubles and way better than anything at gostiny dvor
the embankment is nice but honestly the real hidden gem is walking across the belaya river bridge at golden hour, the view of the city skyline from there is gorgeous and totally free. also if you're into cafes try krendel on karl marx street, their vareniki with cherry filling are insanely good for like 250 rubles
