I haven't stayed there, but boarding houses that far out usually mean long jeepney rides, so check the exact barangay before booking.

yeah barangay matters more than the name, a "Manila" listing can sit out in Novaliches or Las Pinas where the jeepney ride alone eats an hour.

Fair point, and check if the barangay sits along EDSA or LRT-1, since that cuts the commute to maybe 30 minutes.
