The branch itself is flexible, but book a BIR online appointment first, walk-ins get turned away at most Manila offices now.

RDO depends on your registered address, so once you have a lease or employer letter pinning that down, go to that specific branch. Bring a barangay certificate too, they ask for it more than people expect.

yep, get it from your barangay hall before anything else, costs around 50 pesos and takes an afternoon. just bring your lease contract since they'll ask proof you actually live there. some halls want two valid IDs too so dont show up empty handed.

Agree on the lease letter, but make sure your employer's HR files the 1905 form with you since they usually handle that part.

Good point on HR handling 1905. Just confirm they file it under your future address RDO, not the head office one, or you'll end up transferring later. Ask them for the filed copy too.
