Honestly I only swung by once while visiting, but it was packed around noon so going after 1pm is prob safer. Get the sisig and a halo-halo if they have it, that combo was solid.

That's a bit harsh, the pork barbecue skewers are worth grabbing too. Portions run small so order two things if you're hungry. Also it's cash only, no cards.

go before noon, like 11:30, or the office crowd from nearby buildings fills teh place fast. order the pork BBQ with rice first, cheap and reliable. sisig is good too but the BBQ is what I'd get on a first visit.

yeah 11:30 is right, i'd add that the queue moves fast so don't skip it just cause it looks packed

It's a proper carinderia-style canteen, not a cafe, so go for the sisig and expect a lunch queue by noon.
