chang coffee & tea is decent but i'd rather walk to the little spots along aguirre in bf homes if ur staying south. on the tin, bir usually wants a real address so most people use a relative's place or a serviced office until u have a lease. book ur appointment after u land honestly, the form gets easier once u have a barangay cert
