yeah weekday mornings are key, by noon the laptop crowd takes over and nobody's chatting. try before 10am on a tuesday.

i'm moving to manila in march and trying to sort out my tin before i land, but i'm stuck on the part where the bir form asks for a registered address, and i don't have one yet since i'm still abroad.… i'm moving to manila in march and trying to sort out my tin before i land, but i'm stuck on the part where the bir form asks for a registered address, and i don't have one yet since i'm still abroad. can i use a temporary address or does it have to match something official before i can even book an appointment? also has anyone actually tried the coffee at Chang Coffee & Tea, is it worth walking to on a first week?

chang coffee & tea is decent but i'd rather walk to the little spots along aguirre in bf homes if ur staying south. on the tin, bir usually wants a real address so most people use a relative's place or a serviced office until u have a lease. book ur appointment after u land honestly, the form gets easier once u have a barangay cert
