yeah that's a solid pick, also check the one on fürther strasse if u want more of a neighborhood vibe, kellerbier there is legit

the altstadt spots near hauptmarkt are fine but gostenhof is where u want to be for franconian taps, try the smaller kellerbier places around fürther strasse

id skip the hype & go for the crispy pata & laing, but expect a 20 min wait at noon since office crowds hit hard around 12

Laing's solid but the gising gising is teh real sleeper, and the wait stretches past 20 min on paydays.

been there once on a trip, not a local. tbh the sisig and lechon kawali are the sleeper picks over the famous dishes. lunch rush peaks 12 to 1, so go 2pm for a calmer table.
