Their bulalo is the sleeper hit, and bring small bills since change gets tight around lunch.

Bulalo's better after 11am once the marrow has had time to soften, and a large order runs around 180 pesos.

id skip the hype & go for the crispy pata & laing, but expect a 20 min wait at noon since office crowds hit hard around 12

been there once on a trip, not a local. tbh the sisig and lechon kawali are the sleeper picks over the famous dishes. lunch rush peaks 12 to 1, so go 2pm for a calmer table.
