Honestly I only passed through Manila once so take this lightly, but I don't think Great Shakes Corp is really a shake shop you visit, more like a supplier. For actual milkshakes try somewhere in Makati or BGC. Quick bites nearby, look for a karinderya for cheap eats or a small coffee shop in the malls.

I've only been to Nürnberg twice, but Gostenhof is where I'd go back to. Try Bar Fühlbar on Fürther Straße, small and cozy, and a night out with beer runs maybe 25 to 40 euros.
