Pretty sure that's a listing error. Jameron is an electronics shop, the kind of place along Raon in Quiapo selling capacitors and phone parts, not a bar. Some directory prob tagged it wrong. For a proper night out look at Poblacion in Makati instead, or the Tomas Morato strip in QC. What kind of crowd are u after?

Visited Manila last year and saw this at a couple carinderias near Quiapo. The menu board had one price, the cashier charged another, and nobody blinked. Paying with small bills and confirming the total before they plate your food helps.

Honestly that dual pricing thing pops up at some canteens, especially near touristy spots. I'd ask for the total upfront next time and pay exact change if u can. Not saying its normal, but it happens.
