yeah agreed on paying upfront. fwiw Makati Med's derma is by appointment and they get booked out a week or two, so call ahead or you'll just be waiting. bring your passport too, they ask for ID at registration.
good call on the passport, theyre strict about ID at the front desk. if the wait is long, cardinal santos across the street takes walk ins for derma and is usually quieter. ask for the senior derma slot if u go early.
