idk about chang specifically but most manila cafes i popped into were fine for a couple hours, wifi decent enough for email

yeah same experience, though I'd bring a backup hotspot for video calls. Chang in Makati gets busy after lunch and the wifi slows down when it fills up. mornings are def better if u need to focus.
