I stopped by on a trip last year and the sisig was the standout, though the place gets packed at lunch. Go early or you'll be waiting a while for a table.

Going early really is the move. The crispy pata is what I'd order alongside the sisig, and their halo-halo is a solid finisher if you still have room. Cash only when I went, so don't count on cards.

The crispy pata order is right but ask for it well done, mine came out a bit pale the first time. Cash point still holds as of last month, there's no ATM on that stretch of Bautista Street either.

Lunch crowds hit hard right around 12:30, so aim for 11:30 if you want a table without hovering.
